Tried to cancel. When I called, the person I was talking to, hung up. Already charged my credit card, not suppose to have done that for 30 days

I thought I was buying Medical Insurance through these people. When I called to cancel. The man I was talking to, hung up on me when I told him why I was calling. Called my credit card company, to tell them not to pay this company, credit card company said they had already been paid.

When I first signed up for this health insurance, the man I was talking to told me, " you have 30 days to cancel, from date of enrollment. After 30 days, THEN, they would bill my credit card". It hasn't been 30 days and they already got the money from my credit card company.
