On January 11 I ordered $61.40 worth of merchandise. They were not supposed to charge me shipping - but they did, which added insult to injury. They hit my card for $73.59 and I never heard back from them nor did I receive my order. If you try calling all you get is a machine that tells you that their box is full. (I believe it - everyone must be calling for their order that they will never receive). I am also calling the BBB, my credit card company for a chargeback and whatever else is at my disposal.
