Debited my account when I was only supposed to be paying shipping for a trial bottle of a vitamin supplement

I have been trying to reach the supposedly 24 hour support line for this company for a week i was only suppose to have $3.95 debited from my account for a 30 day free trial bottle of the acai berry detox
a week later I was charged $89 for the product without ever having the time to find out how it was actually helping or harming me i have been trying to call them to let them know that the product does not mix well with my present medications and i do not want to have anymore sent to me

So far no representative has picked up the phone but the music they play is very upbeat

One of the days i called no one even picked up it just rang and rang so where are the support people that guarantee this product
