Sent a sample, I paid. Claimed I had to pay $88.97 ea mo. Thereafter. They cannot be reached

LuminousBrites sent me a free trial sample for which I paid $4.99 for shipping. A month later, they sent another unsolicited supply saying I had signed up by
not canceling w/i 20 days. Yhey are telling me i will owe them $88.97. They are not reachable by phone, postal service or email.
