Continues to make unauthorized charges to my credit card

I ordered 2 "free samples" of some dietary supplements that were advertised on an internet site. I agreed to pay the shipping charges for the items and gave them my credit card number. Along with the initial package that I received with one of the "free items" I received additional products totaling approximately $45.00 which was charged to my credit card. Since then I have received to more packages of products that I did not order along with 2 more charges to my credit card for approximately the same amount. This has been going on for a few weeks now. I have emailed the company twice requesting that they stop sending the product and stop charging my credit card. I have also disputed the charges on my card and filled out a complaint against them with the state's attorney generals office.
Today I attempted to contact the company by phone at the number they list as their telephone support and was on hold for 2 full hours and never did reach anyone. I would caution anyone about giving account information to this company. It is a complete rip off and a scam!
