I ordered product on 9-29-08 and was charged 41.85. On 10-20-08 still have not recieved any product and was charged a second time for 39.95. After hundreds of calls i finally got to speak with a human and was promised a credit for 39.95 and a credit for the 41.85 after i returned the product ordered. On 11-11-08 charged a third time for 39.95 still, no product. I was given credit on 10-23-08 for 39.95 but i am waiting for credit of 81.80 and with hundreds of more calls no human answers. This company is a scam. Buyer beware. Every time i call, i get a message the company is so busy helping other customers that it will be a 45 minute wait to speak with someone. I think it should say i need 45 minutes to SCREW 45 other people out of ther money.
