I'd prefer to protest about RealCare.Biz, insurance provider that provides the toughest customer support. I talked together in the Agent Expo on Oct-15 2008 that was 14 days before plus they guaranteed to contact me with follow-up since I required insurance and had a need to have it from the end-of Oct and so I may stop my current plan and obtain a brand new one beginning November 1st. They never bothered to contact as well as after I was speaking with them appeared as if they didn't worry about my concerns.
