Dermitage Advanced Skin Renewal
Did not give me the RMA# in order to stop my trial membership as they said they would when i called customer swervice

I originally placed an order with dermitage on 7-06-08 for a free trial membership for 30 days. When i called to get my Return Merchansise Authorization number from customer service they said that one RMA would be IMMIDIATELY be e-mailed to me. I called them on the morning of) 08-06-08. I have heard NOTHING from this company and this is tuesday 08-12-08. When I spoke with customer service pe return rson Dante, i was told that I had up till Sunday 08-10-08 to cancel & still be within the 30 day window. Without an RMA number I cannot return this crap & be sure it comes off my credit card. I will change accounts & notify my bank ASAP, do anything to stop these people. Thanks for anything you can do.
