This comapny sent me unwanted bottles of thier product "Colon Cleanse" and charged my credit card $89.31. I immedialty called the 801 # listed on the envelope. After waiting 20 minutes or so, a recording came on, indicating I should leave a message. I did this, stating that I did NOT want any of thier products, to never send me any again, and to credit my account immediatley. I never heard back from anyone. I also wrote them a letter stating to never send me any of thier products again as I DIDN'T ORDER THEM! I spoke to my bank about it and they said it sometimes takes 10 day for credits to show up, so I patiently waited.in the meantime, Nu Body was mailing me off another unwanted bottle of Colon Cleanse and charging my account $89.31 again. I called the 801 # again and this time actually spoke to someone, after waiting on bhold ofr 20 minutes. The girl, Cindy, calmly told me that you have to physically call them, which I tried several times, and only then, can you cancel. When I told her that I'd left a message stating I'd like any future orders cancelled, she said, you can only speak to a live operator to cancel. When I asked about the bottle of pills that I returned to the company, she said, "Yeah, we don't accept returns." Funny, they certainly didn't send it back to me, so someone "accepted" it.in the end, they refused to credit anything and I had to close my credit card.
