I was also charged unlawfully 19.95 and I did not authorize this. Las Vegas Nevada

I wish to find out why this company is illegally charging me 19.95 and how they came about my bank account information. Please help in finding out the truth in this matter. I do not recall ever talking to this company online or on the phone and yet there is a charge in my personal bank accout. I am verry upset that something like this could happen.
