Dr Saltsman is a ripoff artist. She charged my elderly parent double their copay, then she offered free treatment to referrals then turned around and charged. She followed up with threatening letters, harassing emails then after many months another bill. She expected the patient to take care of her billing, to contact the insurance company to secure payment for her business.
