I girst came to LA weightloss in October. I signed a 88 week agreement at $5.50 per week! In January after using the program barely eight weeks I found out I was pregnant and was told I needed to go on "maternity leave". So thats what I did.
After five months I checked in with the company and they explained that they were shutting the doors! Much to my suprise, I had never even received a call letting me know!
I then demanded my money back and they said No! I was so upset I didnt call back for two months! When I did call back they informed me that they were staying open. I was so excited! They had a new name PURE WEIGHTLOSS!
Well after coming back after my "maternity leave" I signed an additional 18 weeks to cover baby weight gain! Then about 2 weeks later I was informed by my doctor that I needed major surgery, therefore causing another "medical leave". When I was finally released by my doctor in January '08 I found that once again the center has closed!
No phone calls, letters, or emails! I was totally taken back!
Now I am out almost $700.00! No explination or anything! And to make matters worse I was reading a weekly womans magazine and low and behold the "secret" diet I paid $700 for was printed right there in black and white for all the world! For FREE!
So I am here to tell you I am not the only one. There are so many more of us!
Stay away from those people!!!
