Charged for services not performed and avoided my phone calls to charge late fees. Ripoff

On 2/04 I went to the dentist and after they claimed that work was done that was not. I have been disputing this since febuary and they avoid my calls and are charging late fees. They have over billed the insurance and me. They refuse to resolve this matter.
They charged for a "full mouth Debridement" when the insurance would not pay for that they changed it to "periodontal scaling" neither of which did they perform.

I will pay $89.40 out of the $322.87. The 89.40 is the total amount due minus the made-up charges and late fees
