We ordered a product we know and love from this company, the next day they called and said that it was coming off the market due to side affects. The girl named Leslie said that they had a more powerful product and would send us that one. She said it would be sent within the day with a link to the testimonies of this wonderful product.
That email did not come, in fact I could find very little information on the other product. I was sent a confirmation email the following day and it had a bogus tracking number for UPS. And all Leslie could tell me was that it was "in transit" to me. Anyone who uses UPS knows they can tell you exactly where it is at all times.
After several days and several phone calls Leslie transfered me to someone else who said I would get a full refund if I did not receive the product by Monday. That another person in Canada was having the same problem. I called all Monday and did not get an answer. I called the number they originally called as well and It does not work! I contacted my credit card company and they said they took the money AFTER it had apparently been sent to me! Legitimate company's don't do that!
Then I came across this website and read a report saying pretty much the same thing. I will not let them get away with this!
