I orderd pain killers but when i checked my order status they said my card was declined, is this that true and was it realy declined or will they be taking money from me? Cooper City, Florida

I ordered pain killers from Usmedcenter.com and they said my card was declined, was it really declined or are they saying that and Iam going to start getting money taken out of my account??? Is there any legit places on the internet where you can order or are they all false and fraud? Please let me know if they are going to start taking money from my account so I can cancel my card and account ASAP. Thanks
