A few weeks ago my daughter came home very shocked. She
had been at a salon called TanSolaire Body Spa. They had extracted an unbelievable amount of wax from her ears, they are charging $75 dollars for session but they had
a special sale and she only paid $55. I thought this was wonderful; to have your ears cleaned without water. So I went there along with my husband and my nephew.
They showed me all the wax and dirt that came out of my ears and my nephew's and husband's ears! That night my husband woke up with pain in his ears. My ear canals were peeling.
The next day my daughter sent me an article she found on the net saying this ear-candling procedure was a hoax and that there is danger of a person becoming deaft or burned.
After I sent them the article via e-mail, I called Tan Solaire and asked for my money back. The owner claims this that it is not a hoax. I wrote Dr Mitchel of chanel 7 in Miami, and she answered that this is dangerous procedure.
Is there any law that protects people from people that don't care if a person gets hurt?
