On June 18th I placed an order for their diet pills when I received them I took 2 I became allergic to the meds called them and cancelled the order. When I received by credit card statement they had charged me for 99.61 for a product that I never received. I have spoken to Braxton, Mark, Aron, several times On June 25th they (Braxton) spoke to Aron who is the supervisor and he gave me a confirmation number of 5A93F stating that this would be taken from my credit card. One minute they were saying that the product was on backorder but they still charged me, then Aron stated it was shipped and they charged me. Neither has happened. This was supose to be a months worth of pills. They never sent or mailed to me. Even my mail man can confirm this as our area is only 2 miles long and he knows everyone and all packages received trust me. I have called this company many times and will continue to call again tomorrow August 8 to argue this again. This company is a fraud working and stealing from people. I want this off my account.
