I ordered the initial 6.95 bottle and never received the item. I then saw the $99.95 charge for another shipment! I called and spoke to Chantal and she claimed she was the supervisor on shift. I explained I never received the initial shipment. She confirmed in her records it was not sent, but that the two bottles costing $99.95 were sent! I explained if i never got the trial, why would I want two more? She said they do not take refunds at all.
I have filed a complaint with the attorney general of new jersey and I have also contacted my bank. I will likely change my card number to avoid future issues. If there is a lawsuit, please let me know.
