Sent product and taken money out of my bank, after I said no, see my bank statement

I tried the product and did not like it and i said no to not receive any more but the second month they sent the product
anyway

I sent it back and they put the money back in my
bank account, but they keep on sending the product and taken my money without my say so.

I called them and they said that they will mail me my money, but i have not received. I have emailed them, but they will not respond. I want my money
