I went in to lose some weight I have epilepsy, thyroid, diabetes. You can see why it was so important to me. I never imagine that I would be ripped from a weight loss center never dreamed of it.
Before they could go any further they had to do their blood pressure etc. The thing is they had to notify my doctor before I could start the program to see if it was safe for me. I had to come back the next day they faxed info. The doctor gave clearance I go back the next day. I met the counselor about the vitamins they had a check list because I could not be on certain ones. She pulls out a price guide and a script and started reading from it right in from of me... And I am thinking what the hell is going on here. My sales skills kicked in to overdrive. I said I dont want that I want my freebies I will try it out I am not buying bulk cause I can not afford it she said that was fine. I go home and do the 2 day take off oh my god I thought I was going to have a seizure my body was feeling really numb the next day I call the center they say it's all natural I asked what is in this I already read it. I said there is noway you feel this way from drinking fruit juice. They said its normal at first. Let's say I did not make it to the third weigh in without a major confrontation.
I came home did some research on the program. I came across it in here and was like noway. I write everything down that I know is going to help me I had pages of information. I told her with my health conditions that I have you put my health in danger to make some commission quota I have been in sales and I know what your doing. I was so loud with her she had to close the door I said I want a refund and I want it now. She could not even answer the questions I threw at her.
I asked her if she used the products she said yes she stated she lost weight off the program I said can I see your picture of what you looked like before guess what she never showed me. After all hell is lose I told her I dont think my doctor even gave you clearance on this about these products that would make me this sick. I said what did you state to my doctor. She said she put I would be on a calorie restriction which consists of fruit vegetables and blah blah I stated so you never told her there were vitamins and bars included she said no I am like WHY not if this is such a good program.
I stated if I do not receive a refund from you of course she said I would get one back but I did not believe her she said I would have to wait 7-10 days I said why do I have to wait you took the money right out of my hand put it back the sameway. I want a phone number she also gave me the address I said to her directly I am going to make so much noise your going to regret it I will stand outside this door I will go to the newspaper and tv. Truly people I think this is that needs to be done to stop these people. Every customer that comes in and tell them what you did and refer them to this website. Of course I did not qualify for the $199. Which I signed for on the contract but I did AMAZINGLY receive a check for 175 dollars back seven days later.
I am very greatful to this website and inside job from the ex employees who is to say where my health would of been I am a mother of two children I told her can you imagine me having a seizure when taking care of my children due to your poor products who could careless about my health instead commission is more important.
I did research the bars do make you gain weight and also she did advise me to try the diet without products or bars for what reason for someone to tell me how to eat who has no experience in this field and pay to have someone tell me what to eat and when to excercise. There is no compassion here other than for the almight dollar. Green is good for you I guess not only on just a salad. I am glad I did not lose out that bad I wish the best for all of you.
