First of all i'm sure i'm the dumb one for believeing that some stupid pills on line would help me get a better nights sleep. Free 30 day trial. But they sent a 90 day supply... After two weeks of trying this, I was getting less and less sleep. So i called and complained to the company. They say send it back. Two weeks later the double-deducted my accounted of 99.85 (2x) I called and complained again, told them it was sent out and to credit my account back or i'll take it to the next step. Now today my account was in the negative hundreds because not only did they not credit me but the double charged AGAIN. One dumb little move and I've gotta pay big time for it. I called them again and all they had to say was we didn't recieve it back, check your local post office. How the hell are they gonna know if the package got lost. But they aren't going to credit all that money till they get the package. They are just going to keep charging/over-charging me for this BS. Well I've got a message to all the workers/staff of sleepingeasy company...
With all this money that your company is ripping off people for something that says "dietary supplement" on the label. And knowing that your company is making people lose everything they got over these over charges... I hope you can SLEEP EASY. And thanks for ruining my christmas.
