I was very appalled the other day on 12/12/06 while visiting a friend who was on the phone with scurehorizions a business who is associted with social sercurity insurance.

My friend filed a claim back in aug for medication she desperatly needs. Paula is my friend, she has kept a detailed log of all the calls and people she has been lied to by and given the run around. Paula was told in the end of sept she would recieve a "award letter" from secure horizion because ssi told her she had been approved for the medication, she called in oct and was told by securehorizions to call ssi. Its now almost the new year and she is still going rounds with securehorizion.

On 12/12/06 paula was waiting for a 2pm call back from a supervisor by the name of millet gomez @ 3pm paula called horizions spoke to lidia (last name unknown). Who told her millet was in a meeting they lied to paula and then millet did get on the phone after paula insisted on talking to a supervisor.

I heard this totally unprofessional woman talking to paula like she was a mentally handicapped person and laughing at paula and was extermly rude and loud on the phone and also down right lied again she was loud enough i could hear millet's (i did call her a b - ) tone & manner which she had none of. Again paula was given false information twice by this rude and unprofessional supervisor who was extermley loud on the phone loud enough i could her voice across a kitchen table paula confronted millet about the lies she had just told her (paula) she finally agreed to transfer to glen borch supposdley a manager again another rude unkind totally unprofessional person who also lied, paula never raised her voice once during that 45 minute call she is very soft spoken and personable. Finally paula asked glen why all his workers had lied to her and he could not answer and told her this 45min call was a waste of her time, glen the managers exact words to the consumer my friend paula. I as a consumer ask what has happened to our healthcare system and professionalism and respect for the patient or consume
