Retina specialist he is not an eye specialist but an anesthesiologist! HE IS NOT BOARD CERTIFIED ripoff, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills

This man has a major angry attitude problem. Speak to other doctors and patients about him.

Also he writes on HIS website that he is BOARD CERTIFIED OPHTAMOLOGIST and SURGEON. Do your OWN search on CA Medical Board. He is ONLY certified as an anesthesiologist! And has NEVER even been heard of at the Board of Opthamology. Also he displays degrees from UCLA Jules Stein Eye Institute, NEVER ATTENDED!

I go to UCLA eye clinic and MANy doctors say they have heard of him, but that is due to HIS OWN PR about himself. Then when ONE doctor of mine looked up Medical Board records (it is open to public too) found that he is NOT board certified to do ANY SURGERY on ANY EYES!

Also he has investigations on him about insurance billing fraud and Medicare fraud! Billing patients for procedures and visits they never had! One patient that is DEAD he is still billing. HE PREYS on senior citizens. Beware.
