I took these guys up on an offer for a 2-week supply of Hoodia 66 back in early April. The stuff did not work for me so I canceled the autoship on 4-18-06 — (1-866-370-7271).
This company has been calling me trying to sell me more Hoodia and I keep telling them "No, it doesn't work for me and not to call me any more."
In balancing my checkbook this month, I noticed an erroneous charge of $79.95 from this company which took place on 9-5-06.
I called the 1-800-296-2029 (which is the number posted on my checking acct) and left two messages. My bank also called that number and left a message.
I also called 1-866-370-7271 twice and all I get is a busy signal.
I filled out a dispute form at my bank and canceled my debit card. But what do I do if I can't get a hold of them? You know they won't return my calls.
I still don't know what the real name of the company is. When I received my sample it came from Fulfillment, 2060 E. Francis St., Ontario, CA 91761.
These guys need to be STOPPED. This is a total RIPOFF.
I am also posting a complaint on California's BBB site.
