Was provided a card that stated "Free 7 day trial". The card did not have any fine print, astericks or disclaimer nformation. At my first visit I was instructed to fill out a membership application. I stated to the manager, Drew, that I was not ready to commit to a membership with Club Boom on my first visit and would not provide my banking information. After a disapointing first visit I decided not to return to the health club. Because they had my SS# they submitted the information to a finance company. Club Boom will not return my calls nor did they answer my email asking them to cancel the contract. The finance company will not provide me with a copy of the contract.
