Put in an order, got a confirmation from [email protected]. Five minutes later, wrote them and called them to cancel. I called the number on their website which is different than the number shown on my bank statement. I put a dispute in to my bank and they said they will take care of it. Supervisor of netcarepharmacies says that I did not read the small print that the $19.95 service charge is unrefundable even tho they do "GIVE FREE SHIPPING!!!"
I hope usacomplaints.com will help me. I do believe they got one other service charge back, the day after I filed my complaint with them.
I have put in a dispute with my bank for fraudulent online activity. So far my bank has helped me out as much as they can. They said they will call the correct number I have noted on this report here, and investigate the matter.
