Ripoff added 10.00 to AX card and does not answer emails said sending alternative product

I ordered a diet pill and they sent an email confirming the order and were charging my AX 54.95. I have sent several emails requesting information about order and they never responded. American Express said they actually charged ten dollars more than the invoice they emailed to me.
