This report is related to my previous - Stormpay.
At the start of 2006 I've contacted Minas for an health related problem.
I've used the online procedure for the signup, ive payed 250 U$ to [email protected] at Stormpay, and then I've start the "consultations" - note: he ever used the email account [email protected], name Flora Minas, signature Dr. Ashley Minas.
His therapy was incredible - a copy and paste from a public web page, but he has cancelled the main active principle, because is not easy to found.
The result is a "therapy" totally useless and maybe dangerous. The list of meds proposed by Minas are available in almost all online pharmacy - are very common meds, but he ask to me 1'552 U$! I evaluate the costs of that list between 250-350 U$ in the united states.
I dont care about Minas and money lost - what worry me is how many others can believe to him.
The story is long. I report below some points and sentences - the "" ones are not modified, from the Minas original message.
1. He ask to me to: "Insert intravenous line and start drip". Is legal? Here no one serious doctor ask to you to do it. I dont know... I think only it can be dangerous. I've said to Minas that I dont like it, his reply: "I would love to be able to set up the drip, for it contains essentiale vitamins and Vit C, Magnesium and Calcium and after all it IS ONLY ONE BOTTLE"
2. I made a claim to Stormpay for have my money back. Minas post was a shame for a doctor. He disclose some medical informations in his post, threath to Stormpay and a lot of very bad things, both in claim and in messages to me:
"Mr Simeon asked for a three months consultation request for a problem of serious *. I have answered several letters of his advising on how to * but he seems to be very unstable and now has decided that he wants his payment back; if you go to our web site at: http://www.consultdrminas.com/eng/03_1_consult.php
You will find that we charge USD250 for a three months medical consultation.
In the last week or so I have answerd more than ten medical consultation letters from this client, each time to his satisfaction, so I do not see how I can be blamed that he has decided that he has used me enough not to require my services anymore and has decided to ask for his money back. There was absolutely no discussion of the whole physical treatment for * with courier shipping being included in any consultation request. It is obvious that this client is unbalanced, as it is impossible to consult for three months and supply the whole treatment regime used for a serious * problem with a payment of only USD250. I have been your client for quite some time now and I am sure you have no reason to doubt my word that when a client pays for a service, we always keep our side of the bargain but I cannot be taken for a fool by any one who pays for a service and then claims back their money when they think they do not require you services anymore. I am willing to send you all previous correspondence if it is deemed fit."
The * are mine. He said "more ten medical consultations". First, you ask 250U$ for 3 months, but for Minas is not enough.
Last, the only medical consultation was a copy and paste of a web page.
Is never enough for frauder. Even in the early messages he try to get some extra money.
After he start to threaten Stormpay:
"I want to use my stormpay account but cannot withdraw my money till you solve this unnecessary problem for the past four days. If you cannot solve it amicably I will have to close my account immediately and ask my client to withdraw his money sent to my account."
"Please do take the time and trouble to resolve this irresponsible claim against online medical consultations already given, as it has been going on too long now for the past four days. This claim is not for any tangible goods but for services already rendered.

"Please expedite this issue or let me know if I should close my account with you once and for all ; as I would say that this delay shows gross inefficiency ove an extended period of over five days now, as I have given adequate proof of my actions and it does not depend on whether or not the claimant wants to close the claim or not but ON THE TRUTH!"
"I have kept all our correspondence and will definitely provide it to any authority asking for the same (including StormPay with pleasure) and at the right time may do more; if he pushes too much, as I can also play the hard ball game. This person really does need help both medically and spiritually and I feel honestly sorry for him and wish him all the best in life."
This is interesting, ive done the same, keep all. Minas hope that ive fear to disclose and play this game. Seem even a threat.
"I am definitely NOT giving you a refund and would be more than happy if both of us disclosed all this, not only to StormPay but to the whole wide world, as it would be very interesting reading in the newspapers!

Again threat. This is "your online family physician", like the website says?
Maybe Minas will diclose all to whole wide world like he said, but i dont care: people must know who is Minas, must know that is a frauder and can be dangerous for your pockets and your health. I'm ready to take my risks.
Minas, if you read this post, remember that who call you are sick people that are suffering, not orange for make juice.
If you have a coscience, you should change your way of do. You can do the same a lot of money with a good medical work, you dont need to fraud people.
Im ever ready to forgive you and cancel all reports and claims done util now if you recognize your mistake - all can done a mistake.
