I have been reading that this company is a scam? Does any one know what is going on? I am getting very worried i have been taken!!!

I put my order in 12 days ago, they said that they would ship in 5 days, and still nothing! My sister in-law ordered a month ago, and she has yet to recive any thing! I put in a qwestion on the 8 of may, they have never aswerd me! What can be done? Has any one had any luck??
