Ripoff I ordered from safe trust processing on 13 april they took my money but still nothing! They won't answer their phone and when I do talk to them they lie to me

Safe trust processing is a fraud! Ordered on 13 april, they took the dough but still no show on my order. Now they wont answer their phone, have been on the phone with them for up to 50 minutes and when they DO GET on the phone they lie!!!
