I ordered from Frontier Pharmacies on 3/15/06 I was told to print the last page for a receipt and that I would receive an email for confirming my order. I never received anything I emailed them called them and sat on hold for atleast an hour then I finally got through to them I was told they were waiting for my Dr. To approve the order, but i was already charged a processing feee that i never was informed about. I then called again on 3/22/06 and got through and spoke with Wanda saying I was denied but she can't figure out why? I was told i would not be credited back the money until I saw the other complaints on usacomplaints.com then she said she couldn't understand why people would put their company on here and that she would put in for my account to be credited back the $19.95. But I'm not taking any chanced I cancelled the account. What a rip off!
