I responded to a promotion for a free sample of Hoodia for the shipping price of $5.95.
Not only was my account charged for the shipping, but also charged another $99.90 for another order.
I have cancelled this order and requested a refund several times but has yet to receive a response. I have tried to call and I have e-mailed the company, but no response.
This was on February 21, and there has been no refund nor product.
