Complaint / Review
Hoodiaforfree.com - Nova Pointe
Ripoff I ordered a free supply of product and have since received two additional charges on my bank account

Basically it boils down to this "hoodiaforfree.com" sends you an email to receive a 14 day free trial of their product 5.95. I have never received there product. I reordered the 14 day free trial for 5.95 a second time and never received there product. They then automatically bill after 14 days to your credit/debit card $99.90 without any followup confirmation, by asking you for your permission to do so. There deception
lies in there terms of agreement if not understood, by stating that the 99.90 fee is automatic. A person can easily read their email for a 14 day free trial for $5.95 without reading any further to realize that they
automatically charge you $99.90.

Hoodia for Free does not answer the their phone 909-930-3097. When you dial there number a recorded message (female voice) plays saying that a customer service agent will answer your call shortly, the message is repeated a second time, then a recorded (male voice) says to enter your phone number, you then enter a phone number and the male voice recording comes and says leave a message.

Numerous emails to the company also respond with an auto reply as shown below:
