This is a company that calls and offers you healthcare insurance, which is really just a discount program. They charge you a hundred and ninty-eight dollars to start and Ninty-Nine dollars and Ninty-five cent a month. I throught it sounded good so I made arrangements with them to start the program in December.
In December they failed to debit my account. They then called and said there was a problem internally but I could still get the program. So in January they debitted my account twice. I still had not received any information so I called their customer service number. Their REP informed me that I would receive the cards and packet in seven to ten business days.
I spoke with her around The 14th of January. I also instructed her that I did not want them to withdraw anymore money until I received my cards. She said she would relay that to billing dept. Febuary 22 they debit my account. I immedately called them and got nowhere. The REP said she would call me back, that hasn't happen yet and the second REP was even worse. I waited for an hour or so and then I e-mailed them and told them to cancel the membership. The next day I went to the Post Office and sent them written notice, 23rd of Feb. 2005. (overnight express)
On March 4 I received cards and brochure in mail, so I called them again. The REP was very nasty, she told me they hadnot received my letter they only get their mail once a week and it went to their main office. She ask for tracking number put me on hold came back and repeated they only get mail once a week. When I mentioned my lawyer she said are you threatening me, I'll just hang up on you and thats what she did. Same day I overnighted cards back to them and told them to send me my money. This is very poor service and the program is not worth Ninty_nine dollars a month.
