On january 18th before the ban of andro-poppers I ordered two bottles from this company. They took my credit info address and email address. Then finalized the order. I they charged my credit card 52.00 but never sent a confirmation email. I thought nothing of it untill two weeks went bye. I wrote them back and told them the situation. This was after the federal ban went into place.
I specifically ordered before so I woul have it for the future. I could have went somewhere else why I still had time. But these people dragged it out and screwed me around. I gave them the date and all the information the needed about the sale. Customer service wrote me back in big red letters THEY DONT MAKE IT ANY MORE YOUR CARD WAS NEVER CHARGED.
I know they stopped making it after the 20th its a federal ban that was my whole point of ordering I didnt even want to use it yet. They acted like it never happened. But how did they know if my card wasnt charged if Im not in their system? Its now the 28th and they are still selling and accepting credit cards for a product they dont even have
