When I joined Crunch in August the sales rep entered the incorrect name on my account. To fix the issue he had to do a new membership, and charge another initiation fee. He assured me that the previous fee I had paid would be refunded.
A month later I got a check for the refund, made out to the incorrect name from the cancelled account. I returned the check to Crunch and was told a new one would be cut with the correct name. I am still waiting for this check.
Management is impossible to reach and will not return phone calls. When I do manage to speak to someone in charge all I am told is that they will call corporate, find out what the issue is and get back with me. Of course I never hear anything.
I am currently waiting for the store manager, who has since relocated to the Buckhead location, to return one of the 5 messages I have left for him.
