It is now November 2, and you have not made any attempts to repay $1 of my $25,000 deposit. It was February when I asked for the return of the money. You continually make broken promises of repayment month after month, leaving me no choice than to secure a judgment against you. That too has been unsuccessful in establishing repayment.
After receiving additional communications, it appears you have more problems than me with your franchisees. It appears you do not support your franchises as you had stated in your franchise agreements, continued broken promises and commitments, leaving your franchises in a state of being very unhappy and frustrated with you personally and your company. And the possibility of class action law suites against you appears to be starting.
After visiting with my attorney he believes we can use the Kansas consumer's protection laws to prosecute against you. I understand this would be a criminal suit.
Here is a copy of my last e-mail to Mo Biring and his response back to me.
I really didn't really want to seek another suite against you or use a collection agency to collect the money, but like your other business partners and past employees your continued lack of ethics and broken promises leave all of us little alternatives.
I have a meeting scheduled with my attorney next week to discuss what further action we are going to pursue.
I look forward to seeing a deposit of my monies this week before I have no other alternative than to precede with actions against you.

Do not talk to me about ethics Doug. You do not have the right to do that. You do not know me and are a little man trying any angle you can to get your money. It is all about the money for you little people. I have had enough from you. Do not e-mail me again. You do not want to work this through like civilized human beings, then fine. Go ahead and try more negative publicity. What else can you do? I am a good person and you guys are like a pack of wolves when it comes to money. That is all you care about. We did try to help you and I spent money on trying to make it work with you. However, despite asking me for a job at one time you feel you are on moral high ground. You people are pathetic.
