The dentist... Dr. Rodriguez. Was absolutely rude to me (a first time patient) because I had one cavity. She wrongly assumed I must never floss to have gotten one cavity in the last decade since I've been to a dentist.
No one bothered to tell me that cleanings and check ups are scheduled separately, so I went thinking I was getting a cleaning and sat around waiting forever before I found out I wasn't.
I will pay out of pocket next time to see someone with more manners and a better office. This was a joke.
