Digital River mistakenly billed California Sales-Tax on an internet purchase I designed for some Peak application along with a written guide. The total amount was little, anything significantly less than six bucks. I expected them to verify they had acknowledged my Credit card using the quantity of the income tax, but couldn't get anyone to do this. They simply keep referring you back again to their site and also the same mail type I completed within the first place. They've the toughest customer support I've ever seen.interval.
