In June I was looking to download Adobe Reader 9.. I went to what appeared to be the Adobe website... I made the order for what was going to cost about $15... instead I ended up with a system from Software-HQ that had nothing to do with Adobe-9 and a cost of $70 plus... I immediately deleted the program and called my bank to cancell the charge. I sent an email to Software HQ advising them of my action... My bank cancelled the credit card and re-issued a new one... in reviewing my bank statement I see this charge for $70.80 from Software-HQ.net phone #800 784-3167 so I called and asked them what this was about. They wanted my credit card # which i refused to give them (although I did give them the last 4 digits and my zip code)... The party I was talking to was female and rather bitter. When I would not give her the full credit # I was called an idiot and told the phone call was over and she hung up... Real class operation... This company is a fraud so be careful... I am asking for bank and the feds to look into this company. I'd rather give the $70 bucks to charity rather than these thieves..
