Want money or account back after account was sold

In regards to my account, I have received nothing in response to the selling of the account. I have long since started playing again, but I would still like either the money or the account back. I have emailed Gamewar, contacted them via Twitter, Facebook, and their own site. No response. I even recently requested money from them on PayPal (my payment type.) I want my money! Please.
