Brick returns and repairs - Frigidaire Stack Washer/Drye

A small plastic latch broke on my washing machine, under warrantee. Waited for service. Guy came, said would order part. Ten days later I called, no part as washer not made anymore, go buy new one. No explanation for lack of call. Was directed to store for 'Tent Sale.' There was no sale. My warrantee credit of $508 went about halfway to the new washer. Race home at specified time for new washer, which didn't come. Called The Brick. New washer on back order for six weeks, again no explanation of why I didn't get a call. Ordered another new washer on phone. Didn't get washer at specified time. Called again. Got washer delivered by nice guys who were helpful but they explained they couldn't de-install the old one. It's a stacked machine in a laundry closet and there was no way I could take it out. They left the new washer anyway. It turned out to have a major dent in the top. Called The Brick. Got no explanation as to why no one had said anything about the issue. After another week. They sent an installer out. Again, he was helpful but no one had told him the old one was here, and he needed to call a buddy to get it out and get the new one in. New problem, the stacker didn't work because of course the new washer didn't match the old dryer, also someone not one of the people selling at The Brick had mentioned.
I now have a dented washer that at least works, although I'm not sure what happened with the stacking, and the old washer, the one that needed a tiny plastic latch that apparently they can't jerry rig, sitting in the living room of my small condo. After emailing and calling, I was told to be here on Friday from 1-4. Waiting until 2:30, called, and yes, there is no record of Shane booking it, and the woman answering said Najwa or Shane would get back to me that day. They didn't. I was told there was something wrong with the phones and that's why I kept calling (this happened before too) and eventually it just stopped ringing.
Worst service I've ever had. Spent over $5000 when I moved in here a year ago and would never have done it. Feel like I'm hostage to the warrantee as would have gone elsewhere. Have been offered 10% off for the dent, nothing for the time I've spent waiting for someone to show up.
