After spending $3,000.00 on a king size Tuscan Lux bed from American, and being sold the Guardsman protection package along with the fact they offer a 6 month comfort guarantee, we are totally unhappy with the sales, service, and lack of followup from the American TV corporation. It has been installed for 25 days, and the bed has large indentations with a hump down the middle. They said take pictures and measurements and file complaint. We did, they said denied. When you call back you get a different person each time who wants to handle your case, but never the same preson so you always explain things over again. They dont honor what they advertise, and so when I said then I am unhappy with the comfort and want a new one, they said it does not qualify. I said but I am not happy, they said it should sleep just fine. As a builder who has refered my customer there for appliances, Over 5 homes worth last year alone, they will never see another dime from me.
