I am currently a person with Colortyme, by which I hire a dryer along with a bed collection. Recently I requested a family room collection with endtables. I named within this day and created a fee for 14 days, from April 19-May 1, by which it'd be shipped tomorrow. I'd a household crisis, by which I am making outofstate today. I named Colortyme and talked with Paul the Bill Manager. He was really rude, and held reducing me down while I had been talking and attempting to clarify of what only happened. He was really unaware and never knowledge of my sudden circumstance. I simply wished to re arrange my shipping day and become attributed back for just one of the months that I previously settled. Paul's reaction was he cannot do this which I-donot create any feeling what I am referring to. Then he set his friend about the point. I told him the problem, and he instantly recognized what I had been trying to explain to him. The end result is I've to contact the Supervisor tomorrow since he is out today. He is alone that's expert to deal with my bill having a credit. I simply wished to tell you how inconsiderate and unaware your Account Manager Mike is. I'll never suggest one to this specific area again!
