I bought a California King Bed & box-spring (Pillow Top) for approximately $1200.00 plus $75.00 for shipping in March. The Bed is 24 months old and it has previously indented on the medial side that I rest on. Piles & Bumps all over the place. I approached Haynes after-care division, I completed all of the types, required the necessary images. I had been informed that Haynes could not help me since I didn't possess a steel body with five feet. It was never provided.organization never revealed this is just a necessity to receive guarantee. Along with that my body consists of strong walnut with a strong walnut center column and panels for assistance. I'm pissed off
