I requested this product on Dec 7. Was told could be delivered 8th to 11 Named on 14th informed there is not a problem don't worry. Subsequently was givin an advantages following signal which was no-good. Named back and sent was asssured I'd have my product by Holiday even when they had a need to deliver a different one. Subsequently advised not advantages but fedex. Attempted to find there is informed missing. Once more approached jewerly box and was informed not a problem we shall provide U - 15% discount for inconvience and we're considering it. You may have them. On Christmas event was informed sold-out. Then it got up product unavailable online. After 2 more calls and some emails was advised there sorry. Today today was informed product was never delivered and today stopped. Beware before u store with this particular organization. They're not trust-worthy plus they lay.
