I bought the Guardsman Elite Furniture Protection arrange for near to $400 to guarantee the garden furniture. I thought I had been purchasing reassurance. EXACTLY WHAT A ERROR! I named on the split within the welding across the knee of the seat. It says within the guarantee that I'm guarded when the " seat weld breaks apart". After times and times of waiting and paperwork backwards and forwards, I obtained an application notice nevertheless that OUR seat weld split wasn't protected since it was a manufacturer problem. I questioned how did they decide that it had been a company defect since essentially something that might occur to my garden furniture may be certified like a company problem... When they try hard enough.

The company representative simply kept saying the guarantee guidelines, never responded my immediate concerns, wouldn't provide me the boss's title or address and finally simply hung-up the telephone.

I'd never suggest guardsman to everyone!!!
