I purchased a box-spring and body from Sleepyis in Vails Gate, NYC and significantly less than a few months later finished collapsed under regular use. It's obviously faulty having a fat protruding the underside from the poor supporting train. They sent their consultant who got images plus they stated the maker's statement demonstrated no deficiency which there is a spot about the box-spring anyhow so that they couldn't trade it. There is no spot. They're laying. The product is actually faulty plus they WOn't remain behind their item. I had been scammed basically. Sleepyis is just a legal business promoting poor, faulty products towards the public after which declining to aid these items. Their customer support is just a couple of unpleasant, bad, ridiculous people that are educated to hit people down and supply no support whatsoever. Prevent sleepys! Do not put your money away! They're shady criminals!
