I'd bought over $8,000 of furniture from these folks. The shipping men (2) turned up in a large vehicle to provide my furniture. I lived in a home with my child and grandbaby and that I was handicapped at that time. Whenever we weren't searching, a notebook valued at $1,700 was taken. Our child observed her notebook have been obtained, therefore we named the shop where we purchased the furnishings (290 & Jones Street, Houston, TX) and informed them what happened.
We were informed that people must have faced the males, but we attempted to describe these two men were bigger and more powerful than both people which I had been handicapped, additionally that people had an infant in the home. This could not have now been a good move.
We talked with all the salesperson, the supervisor plus one of the homeowners and may not encourage them to do anything, however the operator informed us the shipping men informed them that people were simply providing them with booze readily (originating from two males who took the notebook) and as a result of this, they weren't likely to do anything.
Don't let these people within your house, they'll allow their workers to steal from you and do nothing!
