I terminated this purchase in September after never getting the futon and was charged by Bill Me Later and certainly will not encourage them to assist me. Gatelys includes a concept I'm calling during after-hours that will be false, the web site isn't any longer accessible, of course if you attempt to email them your mail is returned undeliverable.
